Shipping

We ship all orders carefully packed and as quickly as possible.

Delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Apparel & Accessories

Clothing and accessories can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method, provided the item shows no signs of use, damage or other defects caused after delivery.

If you would like a different size or product, an exchange is also possible, subject to availability.

Supplements & Nutrition Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements, powders, gels and other nutrition products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and still fully sealed in their original packaging.

Opened or unsealed nutrition products are excluded from voluntary returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us directly after receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
